This Creator Agreement governs content creation on DateMi. By activating your creator account you agree to this Agreement and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, complete identity verification, and provide valid withdrawal details.

2. Your Content

You retain intellectual property rights in your content. By uploading, you grant DateMi a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your content on the Platform.

3. Content Standards

You confirm that: all persons depicted are adults (18+) who have given informed consent; you have the right to upload and distribute all content; content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Content

You must never upload: content depicting minors; non-consensual content; content promoting trafficking or violence. Violations result in immediate termination and law enforcement referral.

5. Earnings and Payouts

Creators earn from subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content less the DateMi platform commission. The commission rate is shown in your creator dashboard. Payouts are processed upon request subject to minimum thresholds.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.

7. DMCA

Do not upload content you do not own. DateMi respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA notices.

8. Termination

DateMi may terminate your creator account for breach of this Agreement or applicable law.
