Welcome to DateMi. By accessing datemi.org you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use DateMi. By using the Platform you confirm you are 18 or older.

2. Adult Content

DateMi hosts adult content for consenting adults only. All creators confirm that all persons depicted in content are adults (18+) who have given informed consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account security. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting, creators grant DateMi a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute content on the Platform. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You must NOT upload: content depicting minors in any sexual context; non-consensual content; content that violates any law. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Payments

All transactions are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Creators receive payouts subject to platform commission and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

7. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

DateMi is not liable for user-generated content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
